Our Staff
Pip Jukes qualified as a teacher in
1970 at Leeds. He taught in Catholic
Secondary School until 1983 when he joined Phillip Jukes Consultants after
completing a Masters degree in Education at Reading University. Over the years he has assisted many
Congregations, both here and in France, and instructions have ranged from the
sale of a vineyard to the relocation of religious communities.
He has a particular interest in Nursing Home development and management for
Religious Congregations and in School Trustee issues. Pip Jukes holds a number of trusteeships. He is an experienced school governor and is
one of the founder members of the Catholic Charity Conference. He also acts as a consultant to The Hospital
Management Trust.
Francis Ravenscroft Following
education at Shrewsbury school, Francis commenced a career in the Insurance
industry. Before joining Phillip Jukes Consultants in 1989 he specialised in Religious pension
schemes with Royal Life Insurance. On joining Phillip Jukes Consultants he
continued to monitor the retirement schemes and has developed useful statistic
models regarding longevity and care costs for Charity. He has also developed a health and safety
consultancy and Personnel for Charities and advises several clients on these
and related matters
Elizabeth Owen and Anne Parfitt are responsible for P.A. services and administration of the
Alton office of Phillip Jukes Consultants. Apart from their co-ordinating activities on behalf of our
consultants they are also responsible for the following:
Simplyhealth – The administration of Simplyhealth on
behalf of the membership is undertaken by Croesus Financial Management. Elizabeth
Owen deals with
the processing of claims and acts as a link between clients and Simplyhealth.
Notre Dame de Montligeon – The
office at Alton is the base for the English Language Secretariat for this
shrine in France. Administration with
regard to the quarterly newsletter and
Mass stipends/donations is undertaken by Anne Parfitt.
